If your case or skin arrives with a manufacturing defect or the wrong size for your device, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund once our team verifies the error at our Islamabad studio.
3.2 Custom & Adhesive Items
- Ready-to-Ship Cases: Can be returned within 7 days if they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Tech Skins & Custom Cases: Because these are precision-cut or printed specifically for your order, they are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
