While we use high-quality materials and 3D printing technology, Case Clouds is not liable for device damage resulting from extreme drops, improper installation of adhesive skins, or natural wear and tear over time. Please note that colors may vary slightly from the digital mockup on your screen due to different display settings.
2.2 Intellectual Property
All original artwork, designer collaborations, and custom skin templates found on caseclouds.store are the property of Case Clouds. Any unauthorized reproduction of our designs for commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
2.3 User Content
If you upload a custom image for a “Personalized Case,” you represent that you own the rights to that image. Case Clouds reserves the right to refuse any custom order that contains copyrighted material or offensive content.
